Romina Francesca Power (born on October 2st, 1951 in Los Angeles, California, USAI is an American-born Italian singer and actress. The daughter of Hollywood film actors Tyrone Power and Linda Christian, she lived in the United States for the first years of her life but, after the death of her father in late 1958, she was at first cared for by her maternal grandmother in Mexico, along with her younger sister Taryn. Romina chose to follow a European career in the tradition of her mother, respected actress Linda Christian. Her career started with the sexy film Menage all'italiana (1965). But then Romina really got our Italian breads rising with Marquis de Sade: Justine (1969), a shameless kink fest where the bold young actress hung topless in the breeze while being mercilessly abused--which is still nothing compared to how we're abusing ourselves whenever we watch these scenes. Mr. Skin likes to beat his meat, sometimes literally. Romina's still a popular actress (and singer) in Italy, but she only got more respectable in later years. Still, she's earned the right to be respected as a pioneer in cinematic sadomasochism. They released multiple albums in different languages and achieved 7th place for Italy in both the 1976 and 1985 Eurovision Song Contests.
