I would love to know if there is a way to stop these retarded ADs that keep fading in every 5 seconds. It makes it imposible to look at anything without wanting to punt my laptop across the street and it resets the position of the the pages im on.

The fix involves changing web browsers, to put it simply. More than likely, you use Internet Explorer or Safari. Most other browsers get only one popup ad early on in the visit, then no more.
If that's acceptable to you, I recommend Firefox or Chrome. I recommend Firefox or Chrome not even just for browsing this site, but for anywhere at all; don't be spoon-fed the browser your operating system vendor wants you to have :P
